No. There is no account system, no sign-up form and no password anywhere on this site or in the setup process. Your subscription link is what identifies your access.
TAG provides proxy subscription configuration, which is used with proxy-oriented clients (Clash-family apps, v2rayNG, Shadowrocket, sing-box). It serves a similar practical purpose to a VPN – routing your traffic through a remote node – but the client-based, subscription-link model works differently from a typical VPN app.

That's handled entirely by your client, not by TAG. Clash Verge, sing-box and most other modern clients support rule-based routing – you configure which traffic goes through the proxy and which goes direct inside the client's own settings.
